Congratulations to Northern Lights Martial Arts team captain Eric Nelson on his recent victories.

The team captain represented NLMA at the Wong People 2011 Championships, an international traditional Chinese martial arts tournament held annually in Washington, DC.

Nelson was on fire in the fighting ring, battling through three brackets to take first in his division.

Later in the day he competed in Northern forms, taking third overall despite suffering in the scoring as the first competitor to perform.
